Free standard shipping across the continental US, a tracked delivery on every order, and a straightforward policy on custom-printed goods. Here's exactly how your custom canopy tent gets from our print line to your event.
1. Proof approval
Your free design proof arrives within 24 hours. The production clock starts only when you approve it — nothing prints without your sign-off.
2. Production (up to 5 business days)
Your canopy is dye-sublimated, sewn, assembled, and inspected. Every frame is test-fitted before packing.
3. Tracked delivery (3–7 business days)
Orders ship in reinforced cartons with tracking emailed the moment your label is created. Plan confidently for your event date.
Returns & reprints
Every canopy, wall, flag, and table cover is printed to your approved artwork, so custom items are not returnable for a refund. That said, you are fully protected if something goes wrong on our side:
- Damaged in transit — free replacement parts or full reprint.
- Print or sewing defect — we reprint at no cost, including rush events.
- Doesn't match your approved proof — we make it right before your event date.
- Unprinted hardware (frames, sandbags, stakes) — returnable within 30 days in unused condition.
Start any claim through the contact page within 7 days of delivery and include photos — most claims are resolved within 48 hours.
Shipping FAQ
How long does a custom canopy tent take to arrive?
Production takes up to 5 business days after you approve your design proof. Standard US shipping then takes 3–7 business days depending on your state. Rush production is available on request.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping within the continental United States is free on all tent packages. Freight quotes for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are provided before checkout.
Can I return a custom-printed tent?
Because each canopy is printed to your approved artwork, custom-printed items can't be returned for a refund. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, we reprint or replace it at no cost.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and the damaged part, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We ship replacement parts or a full replacement — you never pay for carrier damage.
