Booth accessories: weights, bags and the parts that make setup painless
Accessories are what separate a crew that opens in ten minutes from a crew still wrestling with the booth when doors open. Sandbags, weight plates, roller bags, stakes, ropes and straps cost very little relative to a printed canopy tent but they determine whether the tent survives an unexpected gust and whether your graphics arrive clean rather than dragged across a parking lot.
Weight is the accessory nobody plans for and every organizer checks. Empty sandbags ship flat and fill on site with sand or gravel — the cheapest way to hit the 40 lbs per leg most venues require once walls are up. Stackable plate weights slide over the leg and stay tidy indoors. Stakes and guy ropes handle grass.
